Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring more than just a clinician. We’re looking for someone who shares our values and wants to be part of something meaningful. The ideal Associate will:
Put patients first – You take the time to build trust, educate with empathy, and ensure every patient feels heard and cared for.
Be confident and competent – You’ll be taking over an established patient list managing it with care and clinical excellence.
Lead by example – You bring high standards, calm confidence, and positive energy that uplifts the whole team.
Think long\-term – You’re ambitious about your personal and professional development and want to contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.
Invest in shared success – You understand that personal growth and practice growth go hand in hand, and you’re excited to be part of both.
Communicate clearly and kindly – You explain treatment in a way patients understand and build trust through openness and honesty.
Contribute to culture – You thrive in a collaborative, drama\-free team where everyone supports one another and takes accountability.
Experience in cosmetic and/or implant dentistry – Experience with treatments such as Invisalign, whitening, smile design, or dental implants is desirable. Candidates should be confident in assessing, planning, and delivering cosmetic and/or implant treatments, and comfortable discussing suitable treatment options with patients.
What the Role Involves:
