Job Title: Large Single Site Dental Practice Manager
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Manager to oversee the efficient daily operations of two our thriving Dental Clinics. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities with a keen focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team and be responsible for the daily operations
- Be involved in business development strategies and driving the practice forward
- Being an ambassador and ensuring the practice vision and reputation is always upheld
- Implement plans to ensure high\-quality customer and patient care is delivered
- Achieve KPI’s: operational, contractual, growth, financial targets, profit and loss budgets
- Build excellent working relationships with suppliers and the referral base
- Responsible for recruitment \& onboarding
- Managing staff development, setting training, providing HR support and running payroll
- Provide support and direction to enhance performance skills and knowledge of staff
- Liaising with various stakeholders such as NHS England\-Marketing for the practices
- Daily management of compliance and CQC activities
- Health and safety management
- Ensure adherence and monitor performance against the business plan
- Regular reporting for the Directors and Accounting Team
- Anticipate and mitigate operations and scaling challenges
- Organising networking events
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Commercially astute; sales, targets and KPI driven
- Analytically minded coupled with strong problem solving skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages, strong IT skills and tech savvy
- Knowledge of CQC and compliance
- Knowledge of HR procedures
- Team oriented with an enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to listen, be empathetic and understanding
- Strong motivational skills used to get the best out of any team
- To ensure staff accountability, deliver targets and drive the practices forward
- Responsible leader and company ambassador within the wider business
- Dental experience desirable but not essential
