• Assisting with daily living activities, including mobility, nutrition, and hydration

• Maintaining accurate care records


• Following care plans, policies, and procedures at all times

• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Care Assistant or in a similar care setting


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A caring, compassionate, and patient nature


• Strong time management and organisational skills


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently


• Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high standards of care
