Social Content Producer (Video & Photography)
We're the UK's number one sports tape brand, on a mission to support a million athletes a week. Founded by a physiotherapist who got fed up with tape that didn't do the job, we combine clinical credibility with a no\-nonsense approach.
We tape Olympians and we tape weekend warriors. Our customers are physios, sports therapists, clubs and athletes, and every roll we sell ends up on a real person.
We're a small team based in Bedwas, growing fast and taking on the industry giants.
The Role
We've already got the kit. Cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, the lot. What we need is the person who picks it up and tells a story with it.
You'll turn our social strategy and campaign briefs into finished video and photography for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. Our Head of Social Media sets the objective, the story and the deadline. You take it from there: shape the idea, plan the shoot, film it, edit it and deliver it ready to go.
Some days that's a product demo in the office. Some days it's a physio taping an athlete pitchside in the rain, or a behind\-the\-scenes story with one of our partners. The brief tells you what the content needs to do. How it gets filmed is where you come in.
It suits someone who works independently once the brief is clear, takes feedback well, and cares about the finished piece as much as the footage.
Key Responsibilities

- Set up and run cameras, lighting and audio on shoots
- Shoot and edit photography for social
- Work confidently in the office, on location and around live sport
- Edit video in Adobe Premiere Pro, with sharp social\-first cuts for each platform
- Retouch photography and prepare final image assets
- Resize and version content for every agreed channel and format
- Deliver organised, clearly named files on deadline, so the whole team can find and reuse them
- Work closely with the Head of Social Media through regular briefs, reviews and feedback
- Work alongside our creative team, athletes, therapists and external film crews
- Stay within approved product claims, brand direction and our Real, Obsessed and Bold content pillars
