Service Engineer - Air Conditioning
The Role
At Dragon HVAC we run separate installation and service teams to allow us to focus on delivering the right capabilities to our customers. Due to continued growth within our service division, we are looking to recruit experienced and qualified HVAC Service Engineers to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for visiting customer sites and completing servicing, maintaining, and diagnosing faults across a wide range of commercial and domestic air conditioning and ventilation systems, primarily in South Wales but with some national travel. We use the latest diagnostic tools and industry leading training to support our engineers in providing the best service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
● Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
● Diagnosing faults and completing repairs
● Working on split, multi\-split and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems, Refrigeration and Ventilation Systems
● Completing service reports and other administrative duties
● Identifying and providing clear recommendations for additional works and replacement requirements
● Communicating professionally with customers and site representatives
● Working safely and in accordance with company procedures
Essential Requirements
● Experience working as an HVAC or air conditioning service engineer
● Valid F\-Gas qualification
● Good fault\-finding and diagnostic ability
● Experience with VRV/VRF systems
● Full UK driving licence
● Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
● Good communication and customer service skills
