As an Adults/CYP Assessor, you’ll manage your own caseload of learners, providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing support. You’ll inspire and motivate individuals to succeed, helping them build confidence and develop real\-world skills within Health \& Social Care and Children \& Young People frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
- A1 Assessor award (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years’ occupational experience in Health \& Social Care or CYP
- Passion for developing others and making a difference
- Strong communication and organisational skills
New to Assessing?
We also welcome trainee applicants with strong industry experience who are ready to take on a new and rewarding challenge. Trainee applicants must hold an industry relevant qualification.

Total package up to £32,000 per year
