Social Care Worker

Responsibilities:

Provide person\-centred care and support to individuals in accordance with care plans.

Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients, promoting independence and well\-being.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of client interactions and progress.

39hr/week

Requirements

Relevant qualification in social care.
Proven experience as a Social Care Worker and leadership experience .
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to delivering high\-quality care.

Social care Practice

Diploma in childcare ( HETAC)

Applied social care studies

Youth and community work

Psychology

Addition studies

Disability

Social Science

Counselling \& Addiction studies

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: €36,504\.00 per year

• Advanced/Higher Certificate (required)
