SIA Door Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a professional and vigilant SIA Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. Duties

• Monitor entry and exit points to verify identification and maintain security protocols


• Conduct regular surveillance patrols of the premises using CCTV systems and physical presence


• Manage crowd control during events or busy periods, ensuring safety and order are upheld


• Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious activity and responding appropriately


• Assist with emergency situations, including providing first aid when necessary


• Enforce venue policies and liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when required


• Record incidents accurately in accordance with company procedures


• Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour at all times, representing the organisation positively

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential


• Experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or security roles is advantageous


• Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques


• First aid certification is highly desirable


• Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written


• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally


• Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and respond swiftly when needed
