We are looking for a singular, multi\-talented creative powerhouse to take ownership of our entire visual identity. You will be our solo marketing, video, photography, and social media department. If you live and breathe high\-end automotive culture and want complete creative freedom, this is your sandbox.

The Role

This isn't a traditional corporate marketing job where you sit in meetings all day. One day you’ll be directing a car\-to\-car tracking shot from a camera chase vehicle, the next you’ll be designing a high\-end print brochure.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our Managing Director to keep Talos ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit stunning, high\-end automotive videography and photography.


• Post\-Production: Handle the full editing workflow, including advanced colour grading and sound design.


• Graphic \& Asset Design: Design premium digital and print assets, including vehicle launch brochures and social media graphics.


• Agency \& Talent Management: Act as the main point of contact for external PR agencies, talent management, and international brand partners.


• Project \& Campaign Management: Own the creative pipeline for major international vehicle launches, event displays, and experiential marketing tours.


• Reporting: On analytics and performance

About You (Requirements)

To pull this off, you need to be a self\-starter who loves the autonomy of running your own department.

• The Toolbox: Expert\-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom. Bonus points if you can navigate 3D space in Blender.


• The Gear: Proven experience handling high\-end camera bodies, complex gimbal setups (like the DJI Ronin series), action/pocket cameras, and professional audio capture.


• The Eye: A stunning portfolio/showreel demonstrating top\-tier automotive or high\-action cinematography and premium design work.


• The Vibe: You know how to talk to people. You can draft an email that builds genuine rapport with a talent agent or PR contact without sounding like a corporate robot.


• Flexibility: Ready to travel for shoots and international events when required.
