At FläktGroup, we’re looking for an Apprentice Service Engineer based in South Birmingham to assist our field service engineers in maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment across multiple sites. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands\-on experience, develop essential skills, and progress within a leading company in the HVAC industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist field service engineers in daily tasks and site visits.


• Gain experience in communication, report writing, and customer interaction.


• Learn and adhere to Health and Safety Regulations.


• Show flexibility in working hours, with potential overtime required.


• Engage in both college and self\-learning for professional development.

What You Bring

• Full driving license.


• Minimum of grade C in Math’s, English and Science.


• Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.


• Good timekeeping and presentable appearance.


• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the role.
