Service Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Service Administrator to join our service team. This role is pivotal to ensuring smooth delivery in our fast\-paced engineering environment while also working closely with the sales team and interacting with customers. The ideal candidate will be diligent, proactive, and able to work independently, with a strong focus on attention to detail. The service administrator will be involved in the preparations of all aspects of the day\-to\-day service delivery whilst working closely with the Service Manager.

- Serving as a point of contact for customers, answering phone and email inquiries, and assisting with order\-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process service orders and maintenance contracts, ensuring all necessary details are captured and assigned to engineers in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue invoices for completed orders, ensuring they align with the terms outlined in maintenance contracts and the scope of the work completed.
- Process engineer worksheets into SAP, ensuring that all completed work, hours, materials, and other relevant details are accurately recorded.
- Assist in coordinating the schedules of engineers, ensuring that contracts and service orders are assigned to the appropriate engineers based on availability, location, and skill set.
- Collaborate with the sales team to increase orders and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain engineer stocks and resources through replenishment tasks and stock takes.
- Assist with maintaining and adhering to health and safety regulations for site visits.
- Internal administrative support as required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work
- Strong communication skills, specifically phone communication
- A customer\-focused attitude with the ability to handle inquiries and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- The ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast\-paced environment
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an engineering or technical environment
- Experience working with SAP
- An understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace
