Financial Controller
Kildare \| Office\-Based \| Competitive Salary │ Permanent, Full\-Time
About Us
We are a well\-established Irish SME specialising in the supply, installation, and servicing of industrial weighing equipment and software solutions across Ireland and the UK. With a team of 45 people — spanning sales, technical service, and administration — we operate at the intersection of precision engineering and customer service.
We are part of the Precia Molen Group, giving us the backing of an international organisation while retaining the culture and pace of a local business. We are growing steadily and are now looking for the right person to take ownership of our finance and resources function.
The Opportunity
This is a hands\-on Financial Controller role suited to a qualified accountant who enjoys being close to the numbers and takes pride in running a tight, well\-organised finance function.
You will be the most senior finance professional in the business, reporting directly to the Leadership Team. You will oversee a small accounts team, but this is not a purely supervisory position — you will be actively involved in day\-to\-day financial operations, monthly reporting, payroll oversight, and compliance across both Irish and UK jurisdictions.
If you are looking for a role where you can make a real difference in a growing SME, have visibility across the whole business, and build something you are proud of — this is it. If you are looking for a large team to manage and minimal hands\-on involvement, this role is probably not for you.
