Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Technology Program Manager to lead technology initiatives, oversee complex IT programs, and ensure successful delivery of strategic projects. The role includes managing cross\-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving operational and technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology programs and digital transformation initiatives

  • Manage project portfolios, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Coordinate with technical, operational, and business teams

  • Monitor program performance, risks, and delivery milestones

Requirements:
  • Experience in technology program management, IT project leadership, or digital transformation management

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, software delivery, and project management methodologies

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred

Pay: £93,000\.00\-£144,000\.00 per year
