DUTIES
Strategic
- Budgeting process
- Working capital processes
- Bank and currency reconciliations
- Foreign currency management
- Payment planning and execution
- Maintain and update cashflow forecasts by currency
- Trend analysis and reporting
- Liaison with the Business Services team
- Debtor, purchasing, and stock management from a cash\-flow perspective
- Training activities as required
- Trustworthy operational finance professional with the ability to think strategically
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate business trends clearly
- Accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA) with significant business experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Demonstrable experience across multiple accounting functions
- Proven ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues
- Oracle NetSuite (or equivalent ERP system) experience essential
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications; highly computer literate
- Exceptional standards of accuracy, numeracy, and literacy
Pay: Up to £50,000\.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Redditch B98 9PA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- ACCA or CIMA Qualification or equivalent. (preferred)
