Head of Therapy \| Gordon Moody
Redditch, with travel across our services \| 35 hours per week
Lead a therapy team helping people rebuild their lives free from gambling harm.
We’re looking for an experienced clinical leader to shape and strengthen our therapeutic services across residential and remote treatment programmes.
Reporting to our Clinical Director and joining our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll combine strategic influence with hands\-on clinical practice, supporting colleagues to deliver safe, effective and compassionate care.
What you’ll do
- Lead, develop and supervise our therapists, building confidence and clinical expertise.
- Oversee clinical quality, risk and safeguarding as our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Improve treatment programmes using evidence, outcomes and service\-user feedback.
- Maintain a small clinical caseload, supporting complex cases.
- Help shape future services and deputise for the Clinical Director.
A recognised postgraduate therapeutic or mental health qualification, relevant professional registration or accreditation, and a clinical supervision qualification. You’ll have strong CBT expertise, at least three years’ experience in addiction and/or mental health services, and a proven record of managing qualified clinicians and improving services.
Experience in gambling treatment is welcome, but isn’t essential. We’re looking for a compassionate, credible leader who can support people, make sound clinical decisions and turn ideas into better care.
