Hours: Part time (days/hours to be confirmed based on booking demand)

Pay: £14 to £16 per hour

About the Role

AlloyGator is growing its Five Star Fitting service at our Redditch headquarters, giving local customers the option to have their AlloyGator wheel protection professionally fitted on site. This is a new, part time, hands on role at the centre of that growth.

You will be the face of Five Star Fitting for customers who visit HQ, fitting AlloyGator products to a high standard, explaining the product and its benefits, and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience. You will also support our social media exec by being filmed and photographed during fittings, helping bring the product and the service to life for a wider audience.

Beyond the day to day fitting, this role feeds directly into our wider strategy. The insight and improvements we gather from running fittings in house will be used to strengthen the Five Star Fitting product itself, with the aim of rolling those improvements out to our professional trade network so both customers and trade partners benefit.

Key Responsibilities

• Fit AlloyGator products to customer vehicles at HQ to a consistently high standard, following correct fitting procedures.


• Provide a friendly, professional, customer facing experience, explaining the product, answering questions, and representing the AlloyGator brand well.


• Be comfortable being filmed and photographed while fitting, supporting the social media exec with content for use across our channels.


• Help identify practical improvements to the fitting process and feed these back so they can be shared with our trade partner network.


• Keep the fitting bay, tools, and stock organised and ready for booked appointments.


• Support other areas of the business during quieter periods between bookings, as directed.

Essential:

• Practical, hands on skills, with the ability to learn a new fitting process to a consistently high standard.


• Comfortable speaking with customers face to face and delivering good customer service.


• Comfortable being filmed or photographed as part of the role.


• Reliable, well organised, and able to work independently once trained.

• Experience with vehicles, wheels, or tyres (e.g. previous fitting, mechanical, or automotive background).


• Genuine interest in cars and automotive products.


• Previous experience in a customer facing or retail environment.


• Comfortable being filmed for social media/advertising content.

• Full training on the AlloyGator fitting process.


• Flexible part time hours to fit around the growing HQ booking schedule.
