Aftersales Consultant
Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems and getting things done?
We’re looking for an Aftersales Consultant to join our award\-winning team and play an important role in helping our clients move home.
This is a varied, fast\-paced and highly rewarding position, supporting buyers and sellers from the moment an offer is agreed through to completion. You’ll work closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and other property professionals to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
Full training is provided, so previous experience within the property industry is not essential. What’s important is that you have a can\-do attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to providing an excellent level of service.
The role would suit someone who enjoys being busy, managing different priorities and taking ownership. You’ll need to be someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves, get involved and find practical solutions when challenges arise.
No two days are the same. You could be speaking with a buyer in the morning, chasing a solicitor in the afternoon and resolving an issue that could otherwise delay completion. It’s a role where being organised, proactive and approachable really makes a difference.
Most importantly, you’ll be helping people through one of the biggest milestones in their lives — getting them to the point where they can finally pick up the keys to their new home.
