Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our growing team within a staffing and care supply service. In this role, you will be deployed across a range of care settings, supporting care homes and services to deliver high\-quality, person\-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high\-quality, person\-centred care across a variety of care settings, ensuring dignity, respect, and independence at all times
- Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, nutrition, and mobility, according to their specific needs
- Take a lead role on shift when required, supporting and guiding care staff within the service you are assigned to
- Follow and implement individual care plans, ensuring consistency and quality in care delivery
- Monitor and report any changes in health or wellbeing to the relevant staff or healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records in line with each service’s policies and procedures
- Adapt quickly to different environments, teams, and service user needs
- Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and best practice standards at all times
- Represent our organisation in a professional and positive manner while on assignment
- Previous experience in a senior care role or a supervisory position within a care setting
- Flexibility to work across different locations and care environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and guide others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using IT systems for care documentation and reporting
- A good understanding of care plans and person\-centred care delivery
- A compassionate, professional, and reliable approach
- A valid driving licence and access to transport is highly desirable due to travel between placements
