Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our growing care staffing platform supporting care homes and care services across Doncaster. As a Care Assistant, you will work across different care settings, assisting residents with their daily needs and promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Support individuals with mobility and daily living activities according to their care plans


• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing and reduce social isolation


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding where required


• Maintain residents’ dignity, comfort, and independence at all times


• Keep accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or changes in condition


• Communicate effectively with care teams, residents, and healthcare professionals


• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment

• Previous experience in a care home, residential care, or domiciliary care setting is desirable but not essential


• A caring, patient, and compassionate attitude


• Ability to follow care plans, safeguarding procedures, and health \& safety guidelines


• Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships


• Basic IT skills for completing care documentation where required


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights depending on service needs
