The Role
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN / RMN) to join our growing team.
You will support care homes by delivering high standards of clinical care, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents, and working collaboratively with care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high\-quality nursing care in line with best practice
- Administer medication safely and effectively
- Monitor and assess residents’ health conditions
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date care records
- Work closely with care staff and management teams
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Valid NMC registration
- Previous experience in a care home or similar setting
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A compassionate and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
