We are a busy, caring family in Oldham looking for a kind, reliable and proactive person to provide personal assistant support for our son with SEND, alongside general housekeeping duties within our family home.

This is a permanent, part time position for 16\-30 hours per week, working weekday evenings.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday between the hours of 2pm\-7pm (Depending on the hours agreed)


• Holiday entitlement


• Total contracted hours will be between 16\-30 hours per week

The specific day and timing of the additional hours will be agreed with the successful applicant.

Pay

• £240 \- £450 gross per week


• Equivalent to £15 per hour


• Approximately £12,480 \- £23,400 gross per year

• Supporting our son with daily living, routines and activities


• Providing patient and positive emotional support


• Encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle


• Accompanying and supporting him with activities at home and within the local community


• Helping him to develop confidence, independence and life skills


• Completing general housekeeping duties


• Tidying and keeping the home organised
