At Vertu Macclesfield, we’re looking for a Car Sales Executive with a background in sales who’s ready to turn their skills into a high\-earning, long\-term career.

• Competitive pay: Starting salary of £27,000 plus uncapped commission. Realistic on‑target earnings of £45,000 with top performers earning £60,000\+

Work\-life balance matters

• 40\-hour work week (five 8\-hour shifts).


• Most Saturdays are worked (our busiest day), but you’ll always get a weekday off.

Your Role

As part of our team, you’ll represent an automotive brand known for quality and innovation, delivering a premium customer experience at every stage. You’ll benefit from full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme designed to set you up for success and help you maximise your earning potential.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car\-buying journey. From the first point of contact to the final handover, you’ll take ownership of the end\-to\-end customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding customers through vehicle selection, finance, insurance, and accessory options


• Generating new opportunities through prospecting and follow‑up, using methods that play to your strengths


• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals

What We’re Looking For

• Currently working in a sales environment (any industry)


• Motivation and drive to achieve goals


• The ability to communicate clearly and authentically


• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service


• Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
