Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong ability to engage with customers and convey information clearly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Utilise our internal software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with potential and existing customers, addressing their needs and answering queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow\-up actions required.
- Meet or exceed daily call targets while maintaining high\-quality communication standards.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in sales are crucial for this role.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
