Assistant Manager

This is a very rare \& exciting opportunity for a hard working Assistant Manager to join \& support our General Manager.

*What we are looking for…*

Someone who can work alongside our General Manager and assist with the management of our bar \& restaurant.

Someone friendly and charismatic who can easily develop name basis relationships with our many local customers.

An eye for detail and highly organised

Great communication skills both front and back of house.

Someone who can oversee that the highest levels of service are delivered at all times and can effectively deal with customer complaints and enquiries.

Ensure the running of a smooth service, liaising with the kitchen when necessary to ensure all dishes are plated correctly and on time.

Someone who can effectively manage the reservations system and ensure that bookings are staggered in order to be able to offer the most attentive levels of service

A team player: someone who can lead by example.

Someone who can effectively manage staff, yet also maintain friendly relationships.

Someone who can think on their feet and easily use initiative to resolve issues that may arise during or after service.

Job Types: Permanent, Full\-time

Pay: From £28,000\.00 per year
