Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Sales Assistant to join our team and help promote our electrical training programs. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in increasing our student enrollment and driving the growth of our training center. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential students, offer them information about our courses, and help them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential students who are interested in electrical training programs.


• Provide detailed information about our courses, curriculum, and the benefits of enrolling at Learn Trade Skills.


• Address student inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and informative manner.


• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.


• Attend industry events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote Learn Trade Skills.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• A passion for the electrical industry and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.


• Sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Self\-motivated and able to work independently.


• Familiarity with the education and training industry is a plus.


• Access to a reliable internet connection and communication tools.

Compensation: You will be paid a base rate and your commission earnings will be determined by your ability to generate student enrollments. We offer competitive commission rates and the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on your performance.
