We specialize in selling new BYD, Suzuki and Vauxhall vehicles, along with an expanding range of quality used cars. We are looking for a new Sales Executive for our Bridport garage, you will be the sole salesperson on site so there is a great opportunity to really excel and with guidance make it your own.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences, aligning with our company's values of trust and quality.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell new and used vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate deals effectively to meet sales targets.
- Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of vehicle features, promotions, and industry trends.
- Build long\-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team/management to achieve dealership sales goals.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes efficiently.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales environment or a similar customer\-focused sales role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales processes.
- Fluency in English is essential.
