As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You’ll identify new business opportunities, speak with decision\-makers, and help build a strong sales pipeline for our team.
Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:
- Generate your own leads and build a sales pipeline from scratch
- Reach out proactively and consistently
- Win new customers through persistence, creativity, and credibility
- Researching potential customers and target accounts.
- Implementing a multi\-channel prospecting strategy by combining cold calls, LinkedIn engagement, and email outreach to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads by identifying key stakeholders, uncovering business needs, and influencing decision\-makers to ensure alignment with our solutions.
- Scheduling product demonstrations for our Account Executives.
- Keeping our CRM up to date.
- Working closely with the marketing team on campaigns and sharing customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with people.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales, technology, or SaaS.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using digital tools and eager to learn CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Driven by goals and achieving results.
- Based within commuting distance of the Manchester area and able to work in a hybrid environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer\-facing role.
- Interest in mobility, automotive technology, telematics, or fleet management.
- Experience using CRM software or sales tools.
- A degree or equivalent professional experience in business or a related field.
