Sales Account Manager

We are a full\-service signs and graphics company based in Stoke\-on\-Trent, built on an ethos of providing superior service and high quality products. Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager who can help take the business to next level.

Ideally with experience in the signage or large format print industry, but not essential, you will be responsible for proactively obtaining ans chasing leads, accurately assessing costs for signage, vehicle graphics and other projects, providing detailed estimates to clients, closely managing each project efficiently from start to finish to ensure client satisfaction.

Other duties will include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs and expectations


• The ability to research and understand customer requirements and provide solutions


• Formulate quotes and tenders and follow through to completion


• Build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business


• Excellent telephone manner


• Provide industry leading customer service


• Managing your own diary and the fitting diary effectively


• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation


• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, production operatives, fitters) to ensure projects are delivered on time


• Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts and new accounts

Pay: £26,436\.80\-£30,000\.00 per year
