Join us as a Business Development Executive and play a key role in building and growing a high\-quality customer base, with a focus on medium to large enterprises. In this role, you will represent the full range of freight and contract logistics services offered by Kuehne\+Nagel, developing long\-term, profitable, and mutually rewarding business partnerships. If you are driven by creating opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering commercial success, we would love to hear from you.

How you create impact
-------------------------

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive profitable sales growth

  • Proactively generate sales in line with agreed targets and maximise profitability

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medium to large enterprise customers

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and ensure a cohesive commercial approach

  • Develop and manage a high\-quality pipeline of target customers

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up\-to\-date records for effective planning

  • Share market insights, including competitor activity, to support strategic decision\-making

  • Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives that support product development and sales growth

What we would like you to bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales within road logistics

  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with medium to large enterprise customers

  • A proactive, target\-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving results

  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders

  • Organisational skills with attention to detail in reporting and forecasting

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics

  • A full, valid driving licence
