Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for volume hiring across multiple vacancies, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient delivery against agreed hiring timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively source, attract, and build talent pipelines through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to support current and future hiring needs.
- Screen and assess high volumes of applications against role requirements to identify suitable candidates for progression.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers ensuring a professional, responsive, and engaging recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for key operational and business\-critical roles, utilising market mapping and competitor analysis to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Utilise recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools effectively, ensuring accurate records.
- Ensure all candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment activity are accurately maintained within the ATS, supporting compliance, reporting, and audit requirements.
- About You:
- Experience managing high\-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship\-building skills.
- Proven ability to source candidates through direct recruitment methods.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast\-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Data\-driven approach with experience reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
