Revenue Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Manager to oversee and optimise the revenue generation strategies within our organisation with 6 hotels. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in hospitality or hotel management, and the ability to analyse market trends to maximise profitability. This role involves developing pricing strategies, forecasting demand, and collaborating with various departments to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded. Fluency in multiple languages and supervisory experience are highly desirable to effectively manage diverse teams and communicate with international clients. The Revenue Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic planning and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor revenue optimisation strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Oversee the management of room inventory, pricing structures, and distribution channels.
- Lead and supervise the revenue team, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies related to human resources and guest services.
- Utilise data analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Maintain excellent guest service standards by aligning revenue strategies with customer satisfaction goals.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is essential.
- Demonstrable supervisory or leadership experience managing teams or departments.
- Proficiency in analysing financial data and market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in human resources management is advantageous.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication across diverse markets.
- Strong understanding of guest services principles within a hospitality environment.
