Partnership Manager

About the Role

UK School of English is seeking an experienced and motivated Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and further education providers. This role will focus on expanding academic collaborations, increasing student recruitment opportunities, and supporting the organisation's growth through strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, further education institutions, and training providers.


• Identify new business opportunities and establish long\-term strategic collaborations.


• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including University Deans, Academic Directors, Heads of Partnerships, Careers Services, and College Principals.


• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.


• Work closely with the Marketing and Student Recruitment teams to deliver joint initiatives and promotional campaigns.


• Represent UK School of English at education events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


• Maintain partnership records, monitor performance, and prepare reports using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is desirable).

Applicants should have experience in partnership management, business development, or stakeholder engagement within the education sector. Experience working with universities, colleges, further education providers, apprenticeship providers, training organisations, education recruitment, student services, or employer engagement programmes will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

A degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Pay: £15\.00\-£25\.00 per hour
