Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast\-paced environment. This role is pivotal in supporting the management team and ensuring smooth operations within our establishment, whether it be a restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality venues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.


• Supervise and lead a team, fostering a positive work environment while promoting teamwork and collaboration.


• Oversee food production processes, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.


• Provide support in bartending and culinary tasks as needed, demonstrating versatility within the team.


• Help with training new staff members on operational procedures and customer service excellence.


• Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
