This role will be based at our Head Office in Harrow.
About The Role
Job Profile:
To lead the planning, execution, and delivery of artificial intelligence initiatives across the organisation. Combining strong project management expertise with an understanding of AI technologies, data\-driven solutions, and cross\-functional collaboration. This role requires coordination of business stakeholders and external partners to ensure AI projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end\-to\-end delivery of AI and automation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify AI opportunities and prioritise initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Monitor project performance using key metrics and KPIs.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project progress to executive leadership.
- Support vendor management and third\-party AI technology implementations.
- Assist with AI adoption, organisational change management, and user training.
- Document lessons learned and establish best practices for AI project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3\+ years of project management experience, including technology or digital transformation projects.
- 2\+ years of experience managing AI, machine learning, data analytics, or automation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI, including predictive analytics, generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for diverse audiences.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Agile certifications.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles, and data privacy regulations.
- Experience implementing enterprise AI platforms and large\-scale digital transformation initiatives.
