About The Role:

As a Retail Events Assistant, you'll be working face\-to\-face with customers in busy retail locations and event environments throughout Birmingham.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner


• Representing our clients at retail events and promotional campaigns


• Providing information about products and services


• Creating positive customer experiences


• Building confidence in communication and presentation skills


• Working closely with experienced team leaders and mentors


• Contributing towards individual and team goals

No previous experience is required as full training is provided.
