Restaurant Manager
As part of our expanding operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is based in our new sister restaurant in Lucan Village, Co. Dublin.
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Manager to manage daily operations and contribute to the growth of our new restaurant. This will suit someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, values team culture, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
You will also have the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled and creative Michelin trained kitchen team contributing to innovative menu development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring an efficient and seamless guest experience.
- Supervise, coach, and inspire a small team while promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Uphold exceptional standards in food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Co\-ordinate staff rosters, scheduling, and payroll administration.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and supplier partnerships.
- Track operational costs, profit margins, and overall business performance.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety requirements.
- Respond to customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the owners to introduce new initiatives, menu enhancements, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant supervisory or management position.
- Strong ability to lead, develop, and manage team members effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- A practical, hands\-on attitude with the flexibility to support front\-of\-house operations during peak trading times.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including speciality coffee service and fast\-paced daytime dining environments.
- Experience overseeing inventory control and monitoring key financial metrics.
- A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and a commitment to delivering a warm and inviting customer experience.
