Duties \& Responsibilities:

• Lead Teachers in the ECCE Year 1 classroom managing the daily operations of the early years room for children aged 3\-4 years.


• Develop and implement an interest\-based curriculum that expands children's interests and understanding.


• Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes children's development and well\-being.


• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.


• Mentor and support other staff members in the room.

• Minimum FETAC Level 6 qualification in Childcare.


• Proven experience in early years education.


• Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to identify the individual learning styles of children in a dynamic and engaging learning environment.


• Successful completion of Garda Vetting/Home Country Police Check (if necessary) and two confirmed references.

• Immediate start for the right candidate.


• Part\-time position (30 hours per week, All year).


• 7\.30am\-1\.30p.m.


• 20 days of holidays plus all public bank holidays paid.

Pay: €16\.00\-€17\.50 per hour
