Restaurant Manager
As part of our expanding operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is based in our new restaurant in Lucan Village, Co. Dublin.
We are looking for a hands\-on, motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and help shape the continued growth of our new restaurant. This is a key leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, values team culture, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled and creative Michelin trained kitchen team with an innovative approach to menu development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day\-to\-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate a small team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Manage staff scheduling, rota planning, and payroll coordination
- Handle stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Monitor costs, margins, and overall financial performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health \& safety regulations
- Address customer feedback professionally and proactively
- Work closely with the owners to develop and implement new ideas, menus, and promotions
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A hands\-on approach with a willingness to work on the floor during busy periods
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, including speciality coffee and daytime, quick\-service dining
- Experience with stock management and basic financial reporting
- A passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere
