Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Artisan, a modern, city\-style, privately run restaurant with 150 covers.

We want someone who is enthusiastic, personable, and highly detail\-oriented, with a solid background in managing busy, food\-led venues. Outstanding customer service is our top priority, and we need a manager who can thrive under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day\-to\-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction


• Provide strong leadership, mentoring and training the team to deliver consistent excellence


• Play a hands\-on role during service, leading by example on the floor


• Contribute to marketing initiatives and social media presence, helping drive the restaurant’s profile


• Manage staff shifts, recruitment, and general administration


• Utilize your cocktail expertise to design seasonal drinks menus and implement comprehensive training

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll be directly involved in the running of the restaurant while steering its growth and maintaining its reputation as one of the busiest dining spots.
