Restaurant Front of House Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our front\-of\-house services, providing exceptional hospitality to our guests while leading a team of staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant or hospitality environments, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties

• Oversee daily front\-of\-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained.


• Supervise and train staff in drink preparation, serving techniques, and customer interaction.


• Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow.


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food production.


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of food items.


• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.

Skills

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.


• Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.


• Experience in serving customers with a focus on hospitality excellence.


• Previous bartending and barista experience is advantageous.


• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
