Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Flexible Working

This Bank position requires availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per month, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts across our services in:

· York

· Huntington

· Tadcaster

Pay and Rewards

Starting Rates

· £12\.71 per hour (Social Hours) \+ 12\.07% holiday pay accrual

· £13\.71 per hour (Unsocial Hours) \+ 12\.07% holiday pay accrual

Fully Operational Rates

· £13\.71 per hour (Social Hours) \+ 12\.07% holiday pay accrual

· £14\.71 per hour (Unsocial Hours) \+ 12\.07% holiday pay accrual

Additional Payments

· Sleep\-in shifts: £117\.50 per sleep\-in

Social hours are Monday to Friday, 7\.00am to 9\.00pm. All other shifts attract the unsocial hours rate.
