Your working hours

We offer full\-time hours. You will need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

Typical shifts may include:

  • Day shifts: 7:00am \- 7:30pm
We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

Enhanced pay: £1\.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep\-Ins.

What you’ll do

  • Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans

  • Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff

  • Administer and manage medicines safely

  • Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice

  • Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes

  • Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice

  • Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies

  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, you’ll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.

  • Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on\-call

  • Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing (advantageous but not essential)
