Logistics Support Administrator

We are looking for a Logistics Support Administrator to join our team here in Swadlincote.
Main Responsibilities
To support the couriers and the business with any patient delivery queries and support functions \& processes connected with the same to ensure patients receive their medication on time
- Answer drivers call queries
- Process internal/external queries regarding deliveries by telephone \& e mail
- Liaise with couriers and patients where appropriate
- Internal processes to support the function
- POD processing
- Returns and fails processing
- Rescheduling of failed deliveries
Desirable
- Experience with a similar role within logistics
- Prior admin experience
- At least 5 GCSE’s
- Good communication skills essential \-both verbal and written Computer literate – Use of MS Office Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
- Self\-motivated, dedicated with a committed approach showing interest in understanding the business and the industry
- To be proactive and motivated responding positively to new challenges
- To have empathy when speaking with patients
