We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of Facilities Management services across a portfolio of government sites within the West region.
The role is responsible for ensuring the effective operational delivery of both hard and soft FM services across a geographically dispersed estate.
Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with a strong Facilities Management background who can build long\-term client relationships, lead operational teams, and maintain high service standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering contractual requirements, driving performance, and creating a positive, collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day\-to\-day operational delivery of FM services across the region.
- Oversee both hard and soft Facilities Management service lines.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and services achieve agreed SLAs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage ongoing stakeholder relationships.
- Manage service delivery across a varied estate including offices, warehouses, and port cabins.
- Monitor and drive operational performance across multiple sites within the region.
- Hold budgetary and P\&L responsibility, ensuring commercial performance is maintained.
- Provide oversight of key\-holding and security\-related activities where required, while ensuring effective service delivery across government environments.
- Strong operational Facilities Management experience.
- Experience managing a regional or multi\-site portfolio.
- Proven experience overseeing both hard and soft FM services.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working to contractual SLAs and service standards.
- Budgetary and P\&L management responsibility.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Experience coordinating multiple service lines and operational teams.
- Ability to operate effectively across a geographically dispersed estate.
- Confidence working within a complex client environment.
- Full UK driving licence required (car/car allowance provided).
