We're looking for an experienced Reefer Sales Manager to lead our Northern Europe Continent (NEC) Reefer Sales team and drive the next phase of growth across our integrated cold chain business.

This is a high\-impact leadership role where you'll combine commercial strategy, customer engagement, and people leadership while playing a key role in maximizing the success of our Maasvlakte Cold Store, one of Maersk's strategic cold chain investments in Europe.

What You'll Do:

Drive Commercial Growth

You'll own the commercial performance of the NEC reefer portfolio, developing growth strategies across key temperature\-controlled commodities including:

• Fresh produce


• Protein and meat


• Seafood


• Frozen foods


• Other temperature\-sensitive cargo

Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you'll identify new business opportunities and expand Maersk's integrated cold chain offering across ocean, landside, and logistics solutions.

Lead Our Cold Chain Growth Journey

As the commercial lead for the Maasvlakte Cold Store, you'll help customers unlock end\-to\-end cold chain solutions including:

• Cold storage


• Customs services


• Inland transportation


• Value\-added logistics solutions

Your focus will be on driving customer adoption, facility utilization, and long\-term profitable growth.

Inspire and Develop a High\-Performing Team

You'll lead and develop a team of Reefer Sales professionals across the NEC region, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.

Success in this role will come from your ability to coach talent, build capabilities, and empower your team to deliver exceptional commercial results.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within reefer, cold chain, logistics, or container shipping


• Proven success growing reefer import and export business


• Experience leading and developing high\-performing sales teams


• Strong commercial acumen and customer\-facing skills


• Knowledge of temperature\-controlled supply chains and market dynamics


• A strategic thinker who enjoys turning plans into results


• A customer\-focused commercial leader


• Comfortable working across functions and influencing senior stakeholders
