Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high\-quality services. We are a family run, modern, dental practice in the heart of Doncaster.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
- Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Provide excellent patient care by addressing concerns and answering questions regarding treatments.
- Ensure the dental surgery is clean, organised, and well\-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and post\-treatment care instructions.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
- Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in IT to manage patient records and scheduling systems.
- A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to providing a positive experience for all patients.
Job Type: Full\-time / Part time for the right candidate
Expected hours: 38\.75 per week negotiable
