Purchasing Coordinator

We're a growing renewable energy company installing solar PV and air source heat pumps (ASHP) for homes and businesses, helping customers cut their energy bills and carbon footprint. As part of the Operations team, you'll help make sure every job goes smoothly, from the first order through to the installation going in on time.

The Operational Purchasing Coordinator sits at the heart of how we deliver residential ASHP and Solar PV projects on time and within budget. This role works closely with the Warehouse team to confirm kit is in stock and complete ahead of each job, checks that kit costs align with what was expected, signs off invoices, and books accommodation for engineers working away from home.

Working closely with Resource Planning and the operations team, the Coordinator keeps purchasing aligned to the rolling and 3–6 month work plan, builds strong supplier relationships to secure reliable pricing and lead times, and flags cost discrepancies before they become a problem. It's a varied, fast\-paced role suited to someone highly organised who takes pride in getting the details right first time.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
