Operations Administrator
Job Summary
We're a growing renewable energy company installing solar PV and air source heat pumps (ASHP) for homes and businesses, helping customers cut their energy bills and carbon footprint. As part of the Operations team, you'll help keep customers looked after long after the installation is finished.
The Operations Administrator keeps the day\-to\-day running of the team on track, covering aftercare, servicing, planning and customer service. This role logs and follows up snags on Salesforce until they're resolved, coordinates servicing and maintenance visits, supports the rolling work plan and longer\-term pipeline, and looks after our shared inboxes and customer calls so nobody is left waiting for a reply.
Working closely with Resource Planning, the wider operations team and Sales, the Administrator keeps job information accurate across Salesforce, PL and InsTool, and helps make handovers between teams run smoothly. It's a busy, varied role suited to someone organised and friendly who likes helping customers and getting things sorted properly.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
