• 2 years of IT experience (or equivalent)


• A diploma or formal education in IT\-related field


• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills


• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products

• Provide day to day desktop support


• Handle inbound tickets and questions that are related to incidents or IT requests


• Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
