We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate cross\-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Your expertise will drive project success, optimise resource utilisation, and foster strong client relationships. Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with the clients various departments and our own teams teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor project progress continuously, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to stay on track.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, logs, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, team members, contractors, and clients to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Conduct risk assessments proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimise potential delays or issues.
- Prioritise tasks effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring all project phases are executed efficiently.
- Proven experience in project management within construction or social housing maintenance.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for clear client and team collaboration.
- Ability to lead cross\-functional teams with a proactive approach to problem\-solving.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred but not required.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
